Two cycle gas cans

Question for you guys, I have a two cycle gas can for my chainsaw and trimmer. It's made out of plastic. It seems to "leak" whenever it gets warm. This is the gas/oil mixture expanding, right? Do metal gas cans do this too? If not, any recommendations on a good, small can for me? Thanks

not sure where it is leaking. if it from the sides get rid of it. if it is leaking out of the top , then you maybe filling the can to full . when it gets hot gas exspands. always leave a couple of inches of room. try to keep it in the shade. this may help to.my $.02 . del
