Lowrance/Eagle question?

I'm also looking to get a different depth finder for the next open water year. I about 90% sure I want a color but of course when you go to like Scheel's, Cabelas, and some of those other stores the ones you're looking for they never have so you can't see'em in action for your self. I was just looking for suggestions and personal experiences with the color Lowrance/Eagle products. I have been mainly looking at the LCX-18, X-102, and the X-107. I think Eagle just came out with the colors not to long ago. I for surely can't spend over $1000 the wife would kill me. Any help you guys can give me would be great.

I have been doing alot of research on the same depth finders you're looking at. In fact I posted a similar question a couple of months ago. I got alot of responses from guys with X18c's and X19c's everyone that had them highly recomended them.

Lowrance will be comming out with several new models after the first of the year so I am waiting to see the new line up before I decide.

That's where i got the idea for the X107, X105, or X102 those are the new ones I found. they are on the Lowrance HSOforum if you want to take a look at them.

They have added some new toys since I was there last. Time to get serious again about a new depth finder. That 102 sure looks interesting.
