mr. heater cooker on 1# tanks?

Yup about 3 hours is what is say on the box and i geuss im going to have to upgrade to an 11 pound tank because it jsut sucks up way to much propane

I strongly recommend an 11# w/ a 5' hose. The heater/cooker runs much more consistently and you can fish with it for nearly an entire weekend.

I usually get 3 1/2 hours to a tank of coleman propane on this unit set on low. I only use the 1lb tanks on the unit when I need some heat in my fish trap scout. For a bigger fish house I would also recommend getting a hose to fit it to a 11 lb tank.
