need advice!!!!!

My grandfather is getting up in age and loves to fish. I took him to URL last year and we got skunked every time we were up there. I want to take him somewhere for one last big trip. Where should I take him? He is 88 and a WWII vet and deserves to have one last trip that is fun and FULL of ACTION!!!! Thanks in advance for your advice!

Lake of the woods all the way.

I have had great service from Randalls resort, Cyrus resort and gibbins sleepers.

Last year my buddy and I went early in the season with Gibbins and caught 135 walleye and sauger in 2 days.

Of course we didn't keep them all, but that's how many we caught.

I think you would have a great time at LOW, especially if you get hooked up with a good resort

I'll second the guide recommendation for Red. Also look at Winnie for perch action in the early ice season or in March. Winnie is cool because you can hop over to Bowstring for some crappie action late afternoon and evening as well.

I would go with LOW and URL. But for the most consistant action LOW !!!!!!!!!!
