SteveWilson
I would like to extend customer service kudos to Ron Hendrickson of Ardisam for going above and beyond. I bought an Eskimo Ice Auger (Shark) at the show and it started the first try. However, it wouldn't start again later when I was showing my wife how to use it; nothing, nada, zip, wasn't going to start (I tried a bunch of stuff, I think the magneto was bad). Anyhow, I called up Eskimo and explained my situation and Ron Hendrickson asked where I lived and he brought down a replacement power unit to my house that night. New power unit works great. I just thought I would take a minute to thank Ron publicly.
thordoggydog
That is great! Have you had a chance to drill any holes with it yet? How does it work? Did you get the curved or the straight blades?
