I check some ponds today.Most had a good layer of skim ice.Wish it would last.I got all my stuff ready to hit the ice full speed .Made list of places to start.Lets hear some ice talk on here.ICE JOHN

I too only need ice and I am on it....all gear is ready, vex is charged, ice cleats are by the boots, etc. May add an aqua-vu to the arsenal this year, but havent decided yet.

I sure am excited to see that skim of ice and overnight temps in the teens and 20s.....bring the ice!

i'll probably have to get a job this winter to keep from going stir crazy ! hope to do some ice fishing this year too. not sure how much though. just be caefull when you go!!!! you can't afford any more falls! del
