Question
Guest
I have an 87 Yamaha Pro 50. It has been a great runner and idles all day. However,it is now very difficult to shift into FWD or REV gear. There is enough resistance that I think I may break something. Once it is in gear, the throttle works easily. This model has a Yamaha remote cable. Anyone ever have this experience? Is it most likely in the linkage in the lower uni, or am I missing something about being in the remote?? Help appreciated.
