How do you build an Ice House?

Where can I get some ideas on how to build an Ice House? Are there any books out there? Any websites?

Alot depends on what you want to build. On skids, protable, on retractable wheels, ect... I dont know of any books but have found a HSOforum or two that sell plans but they are nothing to special. A good place to start would be to do a search on this site. The topic has been covered in the past here. I did a step by step on a 5'x8' 4 holer with skids that I built. It's not a fancy retractable wheel one, but it does the job. Here is the link to that page on my site. Shanty Plans
