looking for a permie camping site

A friend of mine is looking for a place to put a 40-44'camper (campground)on a lake within 1.5 to 2 hours away from the T.C. metro area. Fishing and pool a plus. She wants a family friendly site where there are activities close by for her two teenage kids. Thanks,

Coworker of the wife has a brother selling a trailer and lease at Mille Lacs Islands, Walkon. I'm told it costs around $1,700 a year and that there's a pool and game room and access to the lake.
