1995 24ft pontoon w. 75hp Mercury

I will bring home a 1995 24ft aluminum pontoon with a Mercury 75hp. Boat needs re-upholstered or you can use as is, just throw towels on seats, it has canvas top and changing room. Floor is very solid, no leaks, motor seems ok.
No trailer, unfortunately.

Ok, good and bad news.
Pontoon is a Montego 24ft, it looks good, except for interior which needs re-upholstered, tanks and floor are excellent, holds 14 people, 120hp max.
Bad news is motor, it has low compression on 1 cylinder, it starts and runs, and steering tube is stuck, I can't turn it.

If you are interested I will sell whole rig for $ 2,900, or $ 2,400 pontoon only, but I have to know soon since it's sitting on my flatbed trailer, and if you purchase I can deliver it for you if close, otherwise I will have to ask just for gas money, but also you will need a tractor to remove it from trailer.
