The motor is in ex. condition, stored inside during the winter months. I am switching to a Autopilot w/copilot. I want to be able to move around the boat to help the kids in the back, yet maintain control of the boat at the same time

The maxxum is a cable controlled foot pedal I don't believe there is a remote control feature for it. If there is I don't have it

What kind of condition is the motor in? How much use has it seen? Why are you selling it?

no but strapping the cable on the Maxxum is not a problem as compared to the grip glide mount on the power drives. The shaft doesn't have to slide up and down on the Maxxum
