This house is very top of the line; I have over $12,000 invested into this house with purchase price and extras. The house has been used for 4 ice fishing seasons and almost exclusively on Mille Lacs. It trailers very nicely behind my 1500 Silverado and I pull this house onto early ice conditions with my ATV with ease. I am not certain the exact weight of this house, but I can tell you I have safely pulled this house onto Mille Lacs with 7" of ice behind the ATV. Also, this house will have no problem crossing many of the bridges you will see used on Mille Lacs.

I have used this house many times in the summer and because of the aluminum siding it does not heat up as much as one would first expect, and although I have not done it, an air conditioner could probably be added very easily if someone was serious about summer usage.

Movin' on up!!

This house must go! I have two similar, serious offers on the table both below what I want to get for it. If your interested in the house you can still buy it and be able to use it this season,..make a couple of trips to LOW or Red after Feb 15th.

I'll have it up at the LETS/ICE Series event on W. Battle on Feb 6th-8th. If you want to take it home after that event it will be available at that time.

A few people from this forum have had the opportunity to stay in this house this season under the guidance of Mille Lacs Guide Service, if you want to speak with them about the house your more then welcome to.

Make me an offer, I don't want to park this back in my driveway this winter, it gets in the way of me playing with my plow!

This low price has the e-mails and calls starting to come in again. For those of you who have called the first one to show up with the money takes it home.

For those who have asked, I talked to the person who I had build this house to get an estimate on what it would cost to build this same house today, brand new. He said roughly $15,500, so you can see the prices have gone up dramatically and you can have this house for nearly half the price of a new one!

Thanks for all the calls, hopefully one of these calls materializes into a purchase this week.

I had the chance to stay in the house last weekend and I am very impressed! Someone's in for a darn good deal on one sweet shack!

There is still a lot of time to use it on the ice this season, and it is more than equipped for year round use.

If I wasn't a poor college student, I would be out playing in it right now!
