TECK
I was up there 3 years and pink was the hot. This seams to change from year to year.
Northlander
I have caught fish on Lindy Rigs and spinners. Seems like I did best on a longer 4-5' leader and blew up a crawler with a rattle bead in front of the hook. Small jig drifted or slowly trolled on rock piles just off of riefs did real well. This time of year I would have some minnows as well. We went last Aug. and had no problem finding fish. It was our 1st time. I got a great map at the Canoe outfitters in Grand Marais. I would guess a lot of your fishing will be up around Tralfauger bay and the river from Sag.E-mail me if ya need more details. walleyes4me32 at aol dot com[This message has been edited by Northlander (edited 05-31-2004).]
