NESTOR FALLS CRAPPIE ACTION

I was thinking of heading up to fish Nestor Falls this weekend, and wondering how the Crappie action is? Worth the trip? Also how are the road conditions on the lake? 4X4 Pickup ok for getting around? THANKS for any replies!

Hoof, Lots of crappies in Nestor falls stop at the bait store they will fill you in. I was up trout fishing Jan. and many where fishing crappies, out by Hay Island and Stevens bay, at the time the did have a road plowed. You can stay at the Nestor falls Motel for 20.00 dollars a night. The crappies are nice. Good Luck youll have fun
