Guest
Fished the Lake Fork tuesday, caught over 20 browns, bows and cutts some of whih were over 20". The Rio Grand is a waste of time, the fire sediment really killed off a great river, not that it will take long for it to bounce back, I did catch a few small browns. Then took the boat out to Sanchez and caught pike, walleye and a couple of Jumbo perch whiched measured 13 and 14". Caught over 15 pike in between 22 and 27" and 5 walleye inbetween 18 and 22 1/2" Everything was caught on a jointed perch or medium countdown silver and black rapala. Although it would take a week to catch that many pike at most lakes around this time of year, Sanchez has yeilded 3 times that many pike in one day before the low water.
