Skaguay This Weekend 2/7/04

I'm thinking of going up to Skaguay on Saturday. I've never fished there before. If anyone can give me some information on where and how to lock on some trout, it sure would be appreciated.

From what I hear and experienced this year you might want to go somwhere else. Some guys had success at first light until about 11:00 am right before the lake turns to the inlet. Pink and white jig with mealworm. They have also liked chartreuse in the past. Good luck and let us know how you did.

Thanks for the help. I caught two trout, one was 14" and the other was 16". Skaguay is a very nice area, I think I'll try it again in the near future.
