Where shall we all fish this weekend

I've been giving some thought of driving all the way to Boysen. Supposed to be HOT for Ling and Sauger. Its so far though! Maybe it will be Dillon @the S.R. inlet for KOKES. Any ideas ?

Thats what I'm trying to figure out, where in the heck am I going to go? How long does it take to get to Jefferson from Colorado Springs?

You have a couple of choices. One you can take HWY 24 to lake George and Go north up the county road that takes you by Taryall Res. or you can take 67 north to 285 than to Jefferson and then North to the lake. I don't know what the recent storm did to the snow depth. Be prepared for deep snow and difficult access. Either way you are looking at 2:15-2:30 hour drive. Drove both ways last weekend. Good luck. Unfortunately, I have an obligation that will keep me from ice fishing.

Boysen is just 10 miles north of Shoshone.

Lucky7, thanks for filling me in. I'm still undecided, I may just decide to flush some pheasants Sunday. By the way Boysen I think is in Wyoming.
