Devil's Lake

Hey a bunch of us are planing a trip to Devil's Lake Jan. 12th-15th. We have rented a house that can sleep up to 17 people. The house cost is 900$ for 4 nights stay. If your interested drop me a line. Todd.

Its great to see all of the interest in Devils Lake. If you have questions on ice conditions or how the bite is going you can send me an e-mail or check our fishing reports once we have ice. Besides guiding we also offer lodging and we will desiegn a package to fit anybodys needs. Think Ice!

Thanks Jeff..We are planing on staying with Rush Valley guide service. Do you think in Jan. we need to bring 4-wheelers or do you think 4x4 trucks would be better. Were not sure if we should bring them or not. Also auger extension's will we need them that time of yr. Jan. 12-16. I don't have one but can get one I have never needed one here in Iowa. Ice conditions are different every year and most years we are driving on the ice by Christmas but last year we didnt drive until the middle of Jan.. You wont have to worry about an auger extention. Hope you have a good trip!

Jeff,What would be some good lures or jigs to bring up there?Also what weight to fish deep?If you fished in the trees in mid Jan.by Woodland Resort wouldthere still be any fish there in a ave.season? Thanks ICE JOHN
