Pheasant hunting and Blaze Orange

I know it is not required to wear blaze orange while pheasant hunting in Iowa, but please wear it anyway. The more the better. As I was out hunting this weekend, I saw people out in the sloughs and wildife areas, and some wore no orange at all. One group had one guy in orange and the other brown. I guess it is their own lives they are puting in jeopardy.

IMO I wish the DNR would require everyone to wear blaze orange.

Another hunter was shot near Mallard, Iowa. His buddy shot him as he sadi he couldn't see the guy that was shot in the prarie grass.

Should have worn an orange vest and hat.

That is very sad if a fellow hunter that knows you are there and can't see you emagine someone else All brown to hunt pheasants must be trying to sneak up on them. Blaze orange is cheap...
