Youth Management Tag

My son who is 14 yrs. old, just purchased his deer license for season 4B-461 which is a managment area. They asked him if he wanted a managment tag. My question is: Must my son shoot and tag this deer? Can he tag it for another party member? I know with the youth license he must shoot and tag his own antlerless deer, but how about this managment tag. I e-mailed the DNR twice, but they did not respond. Could it be, they do not know? If anyone knows, let me know.

His managment tag can be used to tag someone elses deer. It is the same tag that you or I would get. Like you said he must tag his own buck or doe on his youth license.
