How much did you pay for your bear rug? Just curious on the price, and what you thought of the finished product.

It'll run you about $125-$150 per foot from nose to tail. An average bear 100-200lbs will rug 4.5-5.5ft or roughly $500-700.

I shot a 425lb dressed bear 8yrs ago which rugged 7ft. When I hopefully shoot another one (yes I'm hunting this year) I'll just get it tanned for our cabin.
