Warm Water Discharg

I’ve heard of some places in Minnesota with warm water discharges but I’m not sure where they are. I know about the one in Stillwater and another one in Monticello. Where are any others?

There are two in Minneapolis on the Mississippi. Fished there a lot last year, tons of carp, some buffalo, few bass and crappies. Email me if you want specifics. [email protected]
