AKSalmonSlayers
Ice Fishing Season began in October for us this year in Alaska. I had solid reports of fish being caught thru 2-4 inches of ice mid-month October, but being prudent I waited til November to kick off my own ice fishing. Lakes under 40 feet deep in the Interior have 6-8 inches of clear hard stuff and the rainbows have been willing and able. I will start making reports in the Alaska section as the season moves along and anything noteworthy on the main page here. Hope everyone has a good winter fishing season. Here are a couple images from the last couple outings. 8 November 2014 [img:left]https://scontent-b-sea.xx.fbcdn.net/hpho...amp;oe=54DCFB7F [img:left]https://scontent-b-sea.xx.fbcdn.net/hpho...amp;oe=551FC4DF 11 November 2014 Veterans Day (we have 40 years wearing a military uniform between the 2 of us so we celebrated) [img:left]https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.net/h...919ea25bb45f5d4 I will post some more images in the Alaska section and make sure to drop by and see our updates on FaceBook @Alaskan Salmon Slayers
