Kevan Paul
Well its been cold and things are starting to freeze up. Clear Lake, West Lake and Spirit Lake are open yet but East is starting to lock up. I'm going to be over at Kabeles Trading Post Saturday for their Shop With the Pros Ice Event and If I'm lucky I plan to try and fish Saturday morning before the event. Just a reminder everyone be safe!!
Mr.Seaguar
I was on the grade today. Only marked a few. Caught a big yellow belly and a blugill about 9 7/8ths. Whopper. Better than my first outing last year
Kevan Paul
NICE!! I was on Clear today and the snow is almost gone!! I found most of the spots I fished were 3 to 4 inches. I hope the warmer weather Sunday don't kill it to bad. I caught Yellows Perch and one small eye. All on Maki Plastics.

Kevan Paul
Yesterday I was out about 100 to 150 yards. I really recommend taking a spud bar. The ice is growing fast but you never know if there was a goose hole or a spot the wind kept open. Please be careful and have fun! The Yellows are biting pretty good. A White Maki Maki was the best.
