Very Nice! I am a big fan of blues when fishing crappie, all about imitating a shiner, and for gills, dig the motor oils out there to simulate some type of bug natural color

I love using plastics; I use them nearly exclusively now for panfish. The only suggestion I can offer is to not wait until you've exhausted all other options. Pull them out first some time - noting gives you more confidence in a bait than using it when the bite is hot. Yes, they work ok on neutral and even negative fish, but in my opinion, they really shine when fish are aggressive.
