Also its not only a clam problem 2 years ago I had a frabill reacon nonthermal and it did the same thing just as bad as the clam. If you want to get rid of the problem buy thermal.

I did pick up a thermal one man this year. Will be getting new tent for my TCX.

I have had the voyager tcx since January and the black started to peel off after a few weeks. Clam is going to discount a JM thermal x tent to me for half price. I think this is a pretty fair deal and a good way of solving my problem.
