The bite was slow for the most part yesterday. We caught a few just north of town and we only saw 5 other fish caught. So we pulled out and ran up to Ft Thompson. Similar observations, but we found a few small walleyes up in the spillway. The wind this morning was really whipping so we just packed up and headed home. The water is still really cold, 37-39 degrees. With warming temps it should improve the action. The water levels are great. Much better than I expected.
