SUCKERED!

Fished Enemy Swim on sat. the 17th. started about 8:30 am and fished till about 7pm. Had decent action for perch and eyes till about noon then the lull set in. Started picking up about 3 o'clock again. It was a bout six bells when it was nonstop fish on the vex, would catch an eye about every 15 minutes, couldnt figure out why these fish werent hittin anything i put in front of them. Then it happened, the strike which will forever change my life. After a short struggle I iced about a six pound sucker!! After that I packed up and hit the road. Fished Kampeska sunday afternoon and iced only one small crappie. Good Fishin!

Hey sloughshark, you will have to let me know what lure and presentation you used to catch that sucker. I would like to catch some of those. Maybe you could show me your secret when we head up to Devils next month. LOL.

We fished Enemy that afternoon also. Caught a few perch while setting up. The eyes started biting for us about 4:30 and were still biting when we left at 7:30. Caught many in that 10-16" range, but nothing bigger. We probably would've fished longer, but we got froze out.
