Value of Boat

I have a 1970 Starcraft 14 foot fishing boat that a friend wants to buy from me. Any ideas what this is worth? It's in good shape, pretty wide and deep, and has no leaks. I also have a trailer (which my friend doesn't want). It has 8 inch wheels, bearing buddies and a spare tire. It's older, but works well and is heavy duty. Any ballpark value guesses would be appreciated. Thanks.

I sold a 70 starcraft last year. Heres what it had and what I got for it.

16ft deep-V, seats for 4, livewell, Minkota 40lb bow mount, and a garmin 240 finder. Also trailer. It also had a 35 hp Johnson I got 1300 bucks.
