It was the owner of all the lots, not a Broker.

I'm almost certain that there are lake lots available on the NE side of Waubay, which is only about 5 miles from Enemey Swim. If you are in Grenville head east across the grade. Then turn south on the first gravel road (there should be a sign for buckshot resort). Then go south a mile or 2 and then turn west. This road will take you to an area where there is about 40 lots for sale. Some are on the lake some are not. Hopefully this helps.
