I was at Waubay yesterday on the south end. Fishing was really slow. Fished all day until dark. Only caught 2 perch and one walleye that was keepable. I talked to about 10 other guys and they were having similar success if not worse. Everyone was spread out all over the lake not like last week when they were all bunched up in two groups. I think the weather had a lot to do with it but there has also been a lot of pressure out there again. When I was leaving I noticed a larger group about a mile north of the landing, might be the next hot spot!

That group a mile north of the access is getting fish. That is where the guys staying next to us did real well this past weekend.

Is there another way onto the lake over that way? Or do you have to get on at School bus point?
