 So, I’m thinking about getting the new ion bit for my old ion auger primarily because of the centering point within the wheelhouse. There’s nothing wrong with my current ion bit, and my dad is been wanting to have a drill set up for portable fishing. Has anybody used the old style ion bit on a drill set up? Is it the same diameter inner shaft as strike master, moral, etc.?
