You want the best bang for the buck? just string these led's around the top of your shack even 1/2 of one of these will light up the huge Clam 6pack

The dimmer is nice because it will save your battery+ you really don't need them running at full brightness.

One thing I would add is if you bounce your gear around at all I would recommend buying a clear flexible tube to run them in and caulk in one or both ends.  I had them in mine and it broke in a couple spots.  I'm sure many are easier on there gear than me but just my :2c:
