Thought I would share some photos of some recent repairs.

First up, the case of the dead instrument cluster on an 06 Caravan. Found no power to the cluster and no power to the fuse with the cluster and the bcm plugged in. Aha, corrosion in the feed wire somewhere in about 5 feet of harness. Found it under the TIPM  (underhood fuseblock).

Next up.... this customer just had brakes done at the dealer and now it was making  a "really bad noise." Before I could even pull it in they where on the phone with the dealer upset with them. Turns out the dirt road they lived on was the problem!

 

This Prius came in with a check engine light. It had 2 oxygen sensor codes and a control unit code. A quick inspection under the car revealed what appears to be rodent damage to the wiring harness of the sensor.

 

This one was towed in for a no crank. It was pretty obvious that the connecting rod was no longer "connecting".
