I recently purchased an Eskimo propane auger (which I love) and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips to get it ready for storage.  I don't assume propane goes bad like gas does, but I'm not sure I've ever heard it discussed.  Any help on this would be appreciated!

I have used a propane auger for 6 seasons now and all I've done is take the green propane off the threads enough so there no pressure from the tank to the carb, that way all the components stay dust free. So far so good, no issues. You may want to check the manufacturers recommendations though.
