The trout have been more than a little finicky this early season. My two friends Tomasz Wozny and Krzystof Drozd managed to get a couple Richland County browns to hit stick baits in the frigid weather.
 

The new snow will make the water cold again and the trout will be less likely to bite for a while.  Some of the edges of the banks could be drifted and treacherous to walk.  Dress warmly and have fun!
