Do they still make tica reels I can't find them any more at the local bait store. Still worth getting or is there something better?

I used to be a big fan of them, still use a few....but their drags suck.

A $29 Shimano Sienna has a superior drag compared to the top of the line Cetus.

I always heard great things about the Tica's so I bought two at the ice show a few years ago. Most of my other rods have Sienna's or Sedona's and I thought the Tica's were inferior compared to the Sienna's as well.
