Been way to long

Been a few months since I had my smoker out and man did I miss it smoked up a few racks of ribs today and picked up some pork belly at Costco today $2.85 a pound gonna try my hand at some bacon in the next few weeks.

I picked up a nine lb. belly at Costco on Friday night.  Currently curing in my fridge.  I'm letting it cure for 10 days then a short cold smoke.  Costco is also carrying whole briskets.  A co-worker smoked one on the BGE and it was excellent.
