HEADING SOUTH

heading to the southern part of the state this weekend to do some pheasant hunting.
no private land to hunt,any tips,ideas,info or advice would be greatly appreciated.

We hunt around Rochester and have had some luck. Haven't tried much this year, we have been going to Iowa. Just don't be afraid to ask the farmers they say yes more than no there.Or buy an Iowa license it is worth it, only an hour from Rochester.

what part of the state are you going to hunt south east south central or southwest

not sure, i was thinking central or east,because i heard pheasant numbers are down in the west i think because of the dry summer. what are your thoughts.

went out and hunted with the two brother inlaws and we end up with five brids seen alot of jump way ahead down here in the southwest corner
