Due to the recent H5N2 bird flu, the Canadian government has now banned anything avian including all poultry & eggs from crossing the border. Once again, a ton of over reaction is worth more than a shred of common sense. Plan on an extra stop at Safeway when crossing the border for a while.

I just located that link dated April 15. We are leaving in about 18 days and have about a dozen eggs apiece and a bunch of wings on the menu. I guess we will just have to get our stuff up there. On a side note, I thought potatoes were kosher again. I guess not.
