advise on trade

Hey guys I have a trade offer given to me.
We start two QBs and two RBs

My team His team
QBs D. Mcnabb M. Bulger
A. Brooks K. Warner
RBS L. Tomlinson D. Davis(houston)
C. Brown (tennesee) D. McAllister

He wants to trade Bulger and McAllister for Mcnabb and a poor widereciever Q. Morgan.

Sholuld I trade outright, counter with Brooks and Morgan for the two, or be happy with my two good running backs and two good QBS?

I know McAllister is kind of injured and so is my rb brown. I would like to have an extra for buy weeks and injuries.
What do you guys think. thanks

He obviously wants to upgrade his QB, and you appear to have a spare one to give (with Brooks and D-Mac). McAllister is out for about a month...but would provide you some good depth later in the year. And Bulger wouldn't be a bad backup, as he is not really in danger of losing his job. If you could get McAllister for Brooks, it probably wouldn't be a bad trade. As long as you realize McAllister isn't going to help you for at least a month...
