elite 4 hdi question

So I just baught a Elite 4 hdi with gps for my 14 aluminum duck boat I want to use for fishing. My question is on the power cord it has 2 main wires on it one has the blk, red yellow. But the other end has red, green ,orange ,blue and an open wire. the instructions show it going nowhere don't know what they do.

The black red and yellow ones would go toward the power source. Yellow is not used just tape that back to the rest of the wires with electrical tape.

The other lead is for NMEA 0183 network so unless you were going to use that, it isn't needed and again you can just tape them off with electrical tape.
