Got a fish house that you just didn't use enough this winter?

looking for a fish house with a toy hauler ramp. As the season winds down the next few weeks and you start thinking about summer storage, etc. let me know if you are interested in selling.

Also looking for advice on a house: 6.5-8x14-16 with ATV ramp are my basic criteria. Other than that, what else would a first time wheel house buyer want to consider when buying a house?

Things I'd check out when buying one:

weight

how is it insulated? And is the floor insulated?

How well does it pull down the road?
