Well its offical. the papers are signed and the deed is done for a 40 acre sweet spot right in the heart of Trophy bear and ruff grouse and some exceptional deer habitate, seen some of the biggest deer in my life in this area, and a river runs thru it. Cant wait to get in there in there and do some work, clearing trails and putting up a few stands. Oh Im giddy as a school girl.

Awesome and it's huge there's a window for you to tag a bear, dust a few grouse and then deer hunt then dust a few snow chickens to end the year, very cool.
