Bemidji area trail conditions?

Now that we finally have a little snow in the area my family and I are anxious to get out on the trails!

Wondering how trails are looking around the Bemidji area, and if anyone can recommend a particular trail system to run?

Our trails up here are not very good condition. A few people have ridden some, but will tell you they were very bumpy and snow cover was minimal. We've been on part of the pinewood trail last weekend, but would not do it again. Seems only and best riding is the ditches if your into that. Taz

Thanks Taz. I was really wondering if there was enough snow over your way yet? And no, we're not really into ditch running. Too boring.

I had some friends that did the washkish to fourtown run this past weekend and they said the trail was groomed and was actually in pretty good shape considering. Taz

Thanks Taz. My wife was just over in Grand Rapids this weekend, and things are looking a little better over there as well.

Kind of a bummer though. Even if we do get a little more snow now the sledding season will be over in a just a few short weeks.

This winter has been a Huge disappointment for riding snowmobiles!
