the other day I was attempting to make a pasta sauce and I really felt lost. I was trying to make something different but that also my kids would like. I took a bottle of red sauce and added about a cup of sour cream and some various spices. Brutal as a past sauce but it tasted like the perfect Tomato Basil soup which is one of my favorite soups. Screwing up can yield good results...
