Odd message on Lowrance H2O Hand Held ??

On the Satellite page on my Lowrance H2O, it says "Burnintest Respond". Not much info out there on what this means. The unit still works, but I want to get rid of that message. Anyone ever come across this? Thanks

Did you try to contact Lowrance and see what they say?

Here's their contact us page. Send them a quick message and hopefully they may have a fix for you.

I talked to them yesterday. He said to pull the chip, put in new batteries, power back on and let it sit for a while because it needed to acquire new satellites because he was thinking it was trying to pull from satellites that are not in this hemisphere anymore. I did that, position acquired much more quickly, but still seeing this message. I have to call them again today and do more research I guess. I just thought maybe someone on here may have had that error at one point.
