Look for some help trouble shooting a 98 dodge ram with 5.9 liter gas. The pickup has been running good. It doesn't get many miles or driven alot. I put 2000 on it this year. Anyway, I drove it 40 miles today and ran well. I went out and started it for the drive home. I went back in and talked a few minutes, came back out and it wasn't running. I cranked it over for 15-20 seconds and it wouldn't start. I popped the hood and looked around, didn't notice anything. I got back in and cranked it over, it started after 8-10 seconds. It ran fine all the way home. I plan on changing the gas filter. What else could it be? Is there more than 1 filter? I know there is one along the frame. Thanks for any help. Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas.

Wasn't terrible at a state park beach. Antelope island maybe. I wouldn't recommend it as a beach destination tho. Figured I was there, I'm getting in it.
The water looked and smelled disgusting with hundreds of thousands of birds sh*tting in there. About as gross as the Salton Sea. When I duck hunted there I didn't even want to touch the water.
It's kinda gross with the algae in the summer but I got in it anyway. Wanted to see the increased bouyancy at work. You can kinda tuck yourself into a ball and you'll just float with your head above water. When dry off you look diamond encrusted with the salt.
We went to the flats too. I dipped a tire on the rental car onto it just to say I’ve been there, but it was still pretty soft from winter melt. After seeing some moron in a BMW suv get dragged out of the muck I had no intention of repeating his stupidity.
