Here ya go, this is what we use. and in the recipes it will say 1 leg, just multiply the ingredients by how many legs you have, Hope this helps WalleyeDrifter. Thanks, Tyler *just follow the link

I've always just put them in the crockpot with some chicken broth and whatever seasonings you like. Let them cook overnight, then pull all the bones and such. I use the meat for pulled Turkey sandwiches or soup or enchiladas or pot pies or...you get the idea.
