haleysgold Posted December 19, 2014 Share Posted December 19, 2014 I make all my wild Turkeys into Jerky...beast only.It's very good.I use the same as I do for venny, High Mountain.I like the Terriyaki and Sweet/Spicy but I bet all of them are good. Depends on your taste. I don't think they make a bad one.Looking at the venny jerky threads, I'd say any of them would be good for turkey.I put mine on the smoker when I do it...gives it a little more flavor if you liked the smoked flavor. I prefer it because it is a wet marinade and I think it gets into the meat more evenly than sprinkling the mix on . JMHO. Turkey is great. Our personal favorite is Goose.
